Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within three business days. If your order will not ship within the three business days, you will be notified by email of the delay and be given an expected ship-by date. 

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation in the form of an email and/or a text message.  If you have not received a notification past 72 hours, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@offroadvixens.com

You will select how your order will ship at checkout. This will determine your price as well as show your estimated shipping time.  

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it leaves our warehouse.  If we could personally deliver all your precious packages, we would!  That being said, it does occasionally happen that the Post Office makes a mistake or some less-than-honest person helps themselves to your recently delivered package. 

So what can you do?

1. Check in and around, up and down, and with your neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered close to home.  9 times out of 10, the mail person just delivers to the wrong house in your neighborhood. 
2. Submit an online Missing Mail Help Request form or contact your local Post Office to help locate your missing item. 
3. If you have submitted your missing mail request form and you are still unable to locate your package after 7 business days, please email us at info@offroadvixens.com, and we will be happy to work with you to find a resolution.   

Yes, we do! If your country is not an option, let us know, and we will add it.

Customer is responsible for all import taxes and duties.  Our website charges for postage only. Except for Canada, we have the option available to include taxes and duties in your shipping cost at checkout. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY ADDITION: MADE-TO-ORDER BIKINI SHIPPING 

Our current bikini style is made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partner.  These items are produced and shipped separately from other Off-Road Vixens items in your order.

Please allow 9–11 business days for your bikini order to be produced, fulfilled, and delivered. This timeframe includes the production/fulfillment time needed to create your item before it ships. Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If you order a bikini along with other items from our website, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. You may also receive separate tracking information for the bikini shipment.

Because these bikinis are made-to-order, please double-check your selected size, style, shipping address, and contact information before placing your order.

 

SHIPPING CANADIAN-MADE-TO-ORDER BIKINI NOTICE

At this time, Canadian bikini orders must be placed by emailing orders@offroadvixens.com 

To help Canadian customers avoid duties and taxes at delivery, we will place the order on your behalf and send you an invoice for payment. Once the invoice is paid, your order will be submitted for production and fulfillment.

Please note that your order will first be shipped to our warehouse and then forwarded to you. Because of this additional step, there may be extra shipping time before your order arrives.

• Full Name 

• Shipping address

• Phone number

• Email address for invoicing and order updates

Canadian bikini orders cannot be completed directly through our website checkout at this time.
